Phil Gruppuso is a lifelong woodworker. Upon his semi-retirement in 2013, he started a business, Seekonk Woodworking, that brought his avocation to a new level. Gruppuso works in a variety of styles and projects range from small items to large furniture commissions. His influences are broad, ranging from traditional Shaker furniture to Art Deco to Contemporary studio woodworking designs.

This unusual jewelry box was executed in a variety of woods and veneers, including rosewood, birdseye maple and redwood burl.

Item Special Note

The artist has graciously agreed to start the bidding at $200

A note on bidding: Any high bid that does not follow the listed bidding increments will be nullified and voided.

 The Bidding Increments are as follows:

   $1-99, the bidding increment is $5

   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10

   $200-499, the bidding increment is $20

   $500-999, the bidding increment is $50

   $1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100

 

Items can be picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 7th ? 9th, 2024. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. In-person pickup is preferred. If an item is to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and handling costs. After arrangements have been made, items will be shipped no later than November 15th. Winners of specialty items that do not require pickup will be contacted with details by November 8th. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
