The "Mew Promo Card" (Black Star #8) was provided exclusively to Retail Game Store Owners in 2000 to use for in-Store Promotional Special Events (and released by Wizards of the Coast for their Elite "Pokemon League"). It is a rare vintage Pokemon with the Character "Mew", 50 HP, and the skill of "Psywave". Pokemon Card can be shipped nationwide to Winning Bidder (with insurance - and will be packed safely in plastic for shipping) - or may be picked up for FREE in Enfield, Connecticut.
