Experience Jacksonville at the turn of the 20th century! The James E. Merrill House, a fully furnished home, depicts life in Jacksonville in 1903. The best-kept example of 19th century Queen Anne – Eastlake Victorian home is furnished as the Merrill’s and other middle-class Jacksonville families would have lived then.

Auction items must be picked up from the Florida Theatre no more than 30 days after the auction ends on May 18th, 2024. Items that cannot be picked up during this time frame may be shipped if the winner makes arrangements and assumes all shipping costs prior. All gift cards will be shipped out. Contact Nicole Karlove at nicole@floridatheatre.com to make these arrangements.
Items that have not been picked up or had arrangements made by June 28th 2024, will be donated back to the theatre for use in future auctions/fundraising opportunities.
