Whether your campus hopes to explore or enhance its use of restorative justice, RK Resolution provides engaging, customized conflict resolution and restorative justice training. With 20 years in college student conduct, Title IX and Student Affairs administration, Rachel blends her experience as a practitioner and presenter to create interactive, relevant learning opportunities that leave participants feeling energized and prepared to further their use of restorative practices on campus.
About Dr. Rachel King & RK Resolution
RK Resolution helps schools and organizations to respond to incidents of interpersonal harm in ways that empower and assist those directly involved to reach resolutions that meet their needs. Dr. King facilitates restorative processes that seek to give voice to those involved, allow for accountability, and rebuild trust.
Dr. King provides training to schools around the country on the use of restorative practices in addressing gender-based misconduct on campuses, including through the Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women campus grant program, and has been invited to speak by organizations including the National Organization for Victim Assistance and It’s On Us.
